How it works

1. Tell me what happened — a couple of minutes, no jargon required.
2. I'll tell you honestly whether remote recovery is likely to work. Sometimes the answer is no, and I'll say so.
3. If it's a yes, we connect through a remote-access tool (RustDesk) or a bootable USB I can walk you through.
4. You approve before anything happens. I recover what I can, you pay after — nothing upfront.

What I can help with

• Accidentally deleted files
• A drive that won't boot, but the drive itself is healthy
• Early-stage failing drives (the sooner you stop using it, the better the odds)

• Drives that are clicking or completely dead
• Physical or water damage

Those last two need a physical lab, not a remote session — I'll tell you that plainly and point you toward someone who can actually help, rather than take a case I can't do right by.
